SALARY:  Base Salary plus Commission (Should reach $100K in the first year)

 Work from satellite office with 60-70% Travel to assigned Sales Territory and to Company Headquarters.

 

SUMMARY:

    Develop, manage, and expand customer base for Industrial Pumps in cooperation with Distributors and OEMs ( Original Equipment Manufacturers).

     

     REQUIREMENTS:

    • B.S. degree, preferably in Engineering or Business related discipline
    • 3-5 years of Sales experience, OR equivalent combination of education and experience which equals 8 years of Sales, Sales Support, Business Development or Product Management with Concrete Pumps
    • Demonstrated Selling skills and techniques, ability to close sales while meeting customer needs.
    • Negotiation skills, ability to listen to all points of view and negotiate compromise
    • Cost Awareness of assigned budget for each task
    • Relationship building and networking skills
    • Strong communication and professional presentation / speaking skills

      REQUIREMENTS:

      • High school degree and minimum 15 years of experience in Marine Engineering and Logistics support

      • Review and update Logistics Data requirements to meet construction schedules and make recommendations to improve timely product development support

      • Familiarity with Ship Configuration and Logistics Support Information System (SCLSIS) to develop configuration records in CDMD-OA with full Hierarchical Structure Code (HSC).

Seeking Mid-level to Senior Level Managers. Looking especially for Navy Vets: Senior Chiefs, Chiefs, Commanders, Lt. Commanders. All Trade backgrounds can be utilized.

       The following types of background experience are desired:

      --NMD Experience

      --Naval Shipyard Engineering

      --Shipyard Trades background

      -- Any other Depot level repair background

      --Government Project Team (CNRMC/RMS's)

      REQUIREMENTS:

      • B.S. degree and extensive experience managing depot level US Navy surface ship maintenance planning and estimating tasks

                 OR 10 years of progressive direct experience related to US Navy surface ship maintenance planning, estimating, and repair.

      • Must be familiar with working in a Naval shipyard environment incl. both planning and engineering organization.
      • Must have excellent communication and writing skills and ability to resolve conflicts
      • US Navy surface ship experience preferred
      • Extensive experience in ship modernization and maintenance practices is strongly preferred
      • Experience with use of Navy Maintenance Database (NMD) desired
      • Experience with ship maintenance providers incl.Naval Shipyards and regional maintenance planning, estimating, and repair.
      • Must currently possess Confidential Government security clearance or be able to obtain one.

      Will be working under the direction of the Production Manager, supervising about 30 employees per shift in a wood manufacturing plant. Will be responsible for employee discipline , holding employees accountable, placing the right people in appropriate jobs, cross training. Support Plant Safety Awareness. Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
       

      REQUIREMENTS:

      • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in related discipline or industry training preferred.
      • 2+ years of production supervisory experience
      • Manufacturing experience required
      • Wood manufacturing experience strongly preferred
      • 2 years of experience with plant safety training
      • Very knowledgeable in OSHA standards and compliance
      • Lean and/or Six Sigma experience preferred
      • Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs

      Additional qualifications desirable:

      Forklift certification, First Aid, Confined Space, Fall Arrest, Heavy Equipment Operator, Train the Trainer certification.
